Outfit Post: Burgundy Brunch

When I say brunch, what I really mean is late lunch. I've decided to take my friends to Alcove in Los Feliz "part two of Hipster heaven". I decided to overdress for the occasion as usual. The food was exquisite and the ambiance was beautiful. After that we walked around Vermont, discovered cute little vintage shops. Then ended up having latte's and fruit tarts next to Kristen Stewart in a cute french cafe. Celebrity stalking 101.

Outfit Post: Gloomy Nights

It's not even December and I've already tried all the holiday drinks in Starbucks and in Coffee Bean & Tea leaf .The snow flakes printed on the cups, the spicy smell of cinnamon and that amazing feeling you get when you take your first sip  just takes you to the North Pole! Not that I've been there. But today, I finally met Jesus. For people who don't live in L.A. Jesus is a real person , dresses in Jesus clothes every single day and is just seen everywhere. He was too cool and looked even cooler with all the Christmas deco in the background. Don't you agree?

Victorean Flea Finds

The flea market is by far the most place I am going to miss in L.A. There is literally no place like this. Sunday is my favorite day for that reason. I just wish I was able to buy everything. I always give myself a reminder " Sausan, you are moving back in a year " to stop myself from buying a kitchen stool.  My apartment literally looks like a museum with all my retro/vintage finds I bought . I just can't get enough! So after a long stroll,  I just couldn't say no to these little $3 tin boxes. I also had to fight for these $5 victorian cake plates with a 60 year old Asian lady. In the end of the day, It was all worth it! My vintage tea set is now complete! Saudi Arabian Victorian themed tea party. Anyone?

Outfit Post: Hipster Heaven

It's been a while since I actually put my tourist hat on, so on a chilly Saturday day  I decided to go explore Silver lake with my girls. It literally took as 10 minutes to get to "hipster heaven ". I absolutely loved everything about this area. Silver lake had a great variety of coffee shops, restaurants, florists and Hair salons.  It was a great escape from the usual Hollywood and Beverly Hills scene. People here actually looked real, which was absolutely fascinating! One thing is for sure, you will find me hanging out here from now on.
