Dresses
featured multiple prints — black-and-white and full-color versions of roses —
strategically sewn together on one piece. Such energetic combinations infused
the line with a sense of youthful experimentation. The collection was
consistent with the sporty romance, something every girl would fall for at first glance.

NYFW: Holmes & Yang SS'13
A brand based on the concept of " personal necessity".. As Holmes said they are trying to create looks that fit into a woman's closet. perhaps so but there is nothing special about this collection, other then the cute lobsters ;)

NYFW: Pierre Balmain SS'13
Pierre
Balmain was founded as a sister line to Balmain. Stating that, the collection
was nothing similar to the rock and roll chic Balmain. Instead it was a fantasy of polite predictable chic, with cropped, tapered trousers,
flared skirts, and peplum-accented tops. Judging from the past two seasons the
brand is still struggling to find its identity.
NYFW: Diane Von Furstenberg SS'13
The collection was colorful, confident, and gave a peripatetic,
bohemian texture. Stating that lets move on to the more significant part of the
show. The designer collaborated with google creating high-tech glasses,
which were worn down the runway. Models at the DVF show strutted down the runway in the tech
company’s futuristic frames as they displayed the designer’s couture. The
glasses contain a camera, a display screen and a processor that laid
information over your environment so that you can interact with the world
around you. How cool does that sound?! Its been said the frames will be
delivered to developers who pre-ordered them by early 2013, for a cost of
$1500. Hopefully they will be soon after that available to the public…

NYFW: Victoria Beckham SS'13
Victoria
Beckham went compact on black and white, with splashes of red in between. Her
collection doesn't only look like her but it feels like her too. Victoria concentrated
more on the texture of the collection rather then colors, stating the black dress she was wearing, which mixed
canvas, georgette, lace and chiffon.
